mi mamá

everytime my mom comes over, i mean to make a portrait of her and i always forget. finally, i remembered when she flew out earlier this month. this portrait was made just before she caught her flight back to chicago on august 7th.

her name is leonor and she'll be 56 this year! i only tell you that because she looks SO awesome for her age. i hope i got those genes... i love you mom.
